Leonardo SpA is seeking an HR Intern to support the HR Business Partner in People Management activities within a dynamic, structured HR environment. The intern will handle day-to-day HR requests, assist with recruitment and training needs, and contribute to employee development initiatives.

Work will be performed in a hybrid setup, with exposure to SAP/Workday data processes. The role requires enrollment in a Master's program, a strong interest in HR, proficiency with MS Office, and good

Competenze

• Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program.
• Good command of English.
• Strong interest in Human Resources and People Management.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Support the HR Business Partner in People Management activities.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees, handling day-to-day HR-related requests.
• Support the collection and analysis of recruitment and training needs.
• Contribute to the implementation of employee development initiatives.
• Manage administrative activities related to People Management in coordination with the Personnel Administration team.
• Support the management and updating of People Management data and processes in SAP/Workday.
