Vado Gateway is seeking an HR Intern to support the People Business Partner with daily HR tasks, employee records, HR systems, and smooth coordination of HR activities in Vado Ligure, Italy.

You will gain training on key HR processes and help with policy implementation, recruitment coordination, training calendars, onboarding and offboarding, and data management in Workday. This internship is full-time and located in Italy.

Competenze

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of general HR experience, with basic knowledge of employment law.
• Excellent communication and strong organisational skills.
• Experience using HR systems is an advantage.
• Ability to handle confidential company and employee information with complete discretion.

• Assisting People Business Partner with timely implementation of policies, maintaining organization charts, and updating internal job descriptions.
• Supporting local recruitment processes by coordinating interviews, managing applicant communication, tracking progress, and ensuring job descriptions are up-to-date.

We are looking for an HR Intern who will assist the People Business Partner with managing daily HR tasks by supporting administrative duties, maintaining employee records and HR systems, and ensuring smooth coordination of HR activities. In this role you will provide valuable backup to the People Business Partner, helping to ensure efficient handling of HR processes and accurate data management.

In this role, you will receive training on key HR processes, equipping you to take responsibility for:

• Assisting People Business Partner with timely implementation of policies, maintaining organization charts, and updating internal job descriptions;
• Supporting local recruitment processes by coordinating interviews, managing applicant communication, tracking progress, and ensuring job descriptions are up-to-date;
