Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines.
• 5-8 years in HR Project Management, HR Transformation, or similar.
• Experience with digital transformation and AI-driven solutions.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate strategic HR projects from design through implementation.
• Support execution of People Strategy via structured initiatives and programs.
• Coordinate HR activities for new business launches, workforce readiness and onboarding.
• Partner with HR, Operations, Finance, IT and business leaders for sustainable improvements.
• Drive workforce planning, org design and change management initiatives.
• Develop governance, roadmaps, KPIs and executive reporting.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and digitalize HR processes using data and AI.
