Job summary

Marsh is seeking an experienced HCM Transformation professional to join our Digital team in Milan or Rome. You will lead end-to-end HCM projects, coordinate adoption of HRIS systems, and collaborate with HR Advisory to improve processes across industries.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital transformation, HR systems like Workday/SAP SuccessFactors/Oracle, and proven leadership. Hybrid work is offered with opportunities for career growth and global collaboration.

Qualifications

Proven professional experience in Digital Transformation.
Project experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, and at least one certification in one of these technologies.
Proven experience in HR/HCM consulting firms.
Solid background in HR system architecture, data flows, and processes.
Fluent English for participation in international projects.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end HCM and technology adoption projects for clients across various sectors.
Grow digital expertise within the team and contribute to HR IT system assessments.
Analyze HR processes and design efficient recommendations and interventions.
Support design and delivery models for HR services and HRIS implementations.
Lead project teams and develop management and leadership skills.
