Qualifications

• 5-8 years in HR Project Management, HR Transformation, or similar.
• Experience with digital transformation and AI-driven solutions.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI and reporting capabilities.

• Lead and coordinate strategic HR projects from design through implementation.

KP is partnering with a world-leading Supply Chain and Logistics company to recruit an HR Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly dynamic and international organization, contributing to strategic People initiatives, business expansion and large-scale transformation programs.

Working closely with senior leadership, this role will play a key part in translating business priorities into impactful HR projects, driving organizational effectiveness, workforce transformation and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate strategic HR and cross-functional projects from design through implementation.
• Support the execution of the People Strategy through structured initiatives and transformation programs.
• Coordinate HR activities related to new business launches, ensuring workforce readiness, recruitment, onboarding and organizational alignment.
• Partner with HR, Operations, Finance, IT and Business leaders to deliver sustainable organizational improvements.
• Drive workforce planning, organizational design and change management initiatives.
• Develop governance frameworks, project roadmaps, KPIs and executive-level reporting.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and digitalize HR processes, leveraging data, automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Translate business needs into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

• Proven experience leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI and data-driven reporting tools.
