ION Group is seeking a HR Operations & Talent Support Specialist to manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, with a focus on accuracy, GDPR compliance, and a positive employee experience. The role blends HR operations, recruitment support, data reporting, and process automation, leveraging AI‑driven tools to improve efficiency.

You will collaborate with HR colleagues, hiring managers, and external partners.

Competenze

Master's degree in Humanities, Digital Humanities, Economics, or Law.
2–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role.
Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and CCNL regulations.
Native Italian with English proficiency (min B2).
Hands‑on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Zucchetti.

Mansioni

Maintain and update employee data across HR systems with GDPR compliance.
Support HR administration across the lifecycle (contracts, payroll inputs, onboarding, transfers, offboarding) per Italian law.
Act as first point of contact for employee inquiries and provide HR support.
Assist recruitment activities: job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, ATS management.
Collaborate with hiring managers, staffing agencies, and external partners.
Support compliance activities, reporting, and HR documentation.
Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
Contribute to employer branding, engagement, and internal communications.
