Responsibilities

• Serve as HR Operations point of contact for Italy, Spain and Portugal, with flexibility to cover broader EMEA.
• Deliver high-quality HR services using HR systems, automation and self-service tools.
• Manage end-to-end HR operations: recruitment support, onboarding, contracts, changes, benefits, payroll-related tasks, immigration, offboarding.
• Maintain accurate HR data in the HRIS with governance and compliance.
• Conduct data audits, identify discrepancies, and implement controls to prevent issues.
• Ensure compliance with Italian employment legislation in processes and documentation.
