Qualifications

• Prepares and manages all documentation relating to the employment relationship (hiring, transformation, termination)
• Carries out communications required by current legislation
• Verifies working hours, holidays, overtime per company rules and the CCNL/employment contract
• Processes salaries by producing pay statements and calculating related tax payments
• Responds to administrative requests from management or personnel using recorded information
• Promotes role learning through proactive, team and digital activities for innovation and efficiency
• Adopts behaviours and promotes actions towards Sustainable Development in environment, processes and community
• Promotes the use of digital technologies within its function for process management and stakeholder relations

Responsibilities
