Gemmo invites a Head of People & Operations to shape and run the people, payroll and operations function for a fast-growing AI firm. You will own end‑to‑end processes, manage hiring, onboarding and performance cycles, and work with external payrolls and labour advisors to ensure compliant execution.

You will collaborate across Italy and Ireland, balancing hands-on execution with process design, and you’ll use AI tools to automate routine admin while building scalable workflows for a two-entity

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR, people operations or HR generalist, ideally in startup/scale-up.
• Knowledge of Italian employment administration: CCNL, payroll, payslips, leave, internships.
• Experience running hiring end to end, including technical/graduate recruitment.

Responsabilités

• Own end‑to‑end processes from candidate application to payslip, laptop and review.
• Lead Hiring: publish, manage announcements, internships, university partnerships and stages.
• Onboarding and people management: contract setup, devices, accounts, and performance cycles.
