Job summary

I.D. Academy is looking for an HR Specialist to join our team in Rome. You will build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, conduct interviews by phone or in person, and provide HR guidance while supporting employee relations.

You will manage day-to-day HR operations, maintain HR documentation, track metrics, and ensure weekly quotas for calls and emails are met, while upholding HR policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as HR Specialist.
• Experience in HR Administration.
• Experience in Recruiting.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Manage day to day HR operations
• Maintain HR documentation
• Support employee relations
• Track HR metrics, monitor employee attendance
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
