Air Apps, a family-founded company, is seeking a People Operations Specialist to own HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee support at our Lisbon office. You will ensure timely delivery of key HR processes and maintain a compliant, people-first environment.

The role covers payroll coordination, benefits administration, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, onboarding logistics, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in consultancy or fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Ashby.
• Proficient with LinkedIn tools, especially LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience supporting HR operations such as payroll, benefits, and employee services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Portuguese proficiency is a bonus.

Responsabilités

• HR Operations & Employee Support: payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee data management; respond to HR inquiries with empathy and accuracy; support HR initiatives and communications; create and update internal HR processes and SOPs.
• Recruitment & Hiring Support: manage end-to-end recruitment tasks, job postings, sourcing, interview scheduling, and process coordination; provide candidate updates and maintain hiring momentum; ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Onboarding: coordinate onboarding logistics and welcome new hires to ensure smooth integration.
