ALS is seeking a motivated intern to support Human Resources and Marketing teams across Italy, driving employee engagement, internal communications, and company events. The role offers exposure to HR, Employer Branding, and Event Management within an international organization.

You will gain hands-on experience across internal communications, employee engagement campaigns, and event coordination while contributing to real campaigns and activities.

Competenze

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s in Marketing, Communications, HR, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities.

Mansioni

• Create and publish content for internal communication channels (digital screens, intranet, newsletters).
• Support preparation and distribution of internal newsletters.
• Assist in developing communication campaigns related to company initiatives, wellbeing programs, and employee events.
• Coordinate employee contests, surveys, and recognition programs.
• Support planning and execution of local employee engagement activities.
• Assist in organizing company events (Christmas Party, Company Day, Team Building).

We are looking for a motivated and creative intern to support our Human Resources and Marketing teams in driving employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and company events across Italy.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in HR, Internal Communications, Employer Branding, and Event Management within an international organization.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Communication

• Create and publish content for internal communication channels (digital screens, intranet, newsletters, and employee communications).
• Support the preparation and distribution of internal newsletters.
• Assist in developing communication campaigns related to company initiatives, wellbeing programs, and employee events.
• Ensure communication content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with company values.

Employee Engagement

• Assist in planning and executing local employee engagement activities.
• Support campaigns linked to key celebrations and awareness events, such as:
• International Women's Day
• Valentine's Day
• Mother's and Father's Day
• Movember
• Pride Month
• Other global engagement initiatives
• Coordinate employee contests, surveys, and recognition programs.

Event Management

• Support the organization and coordination of company events, including:
• Christmas Parties
• Company Day
• Team Building Activities
• Get‑Together Events
• Manage invitations, attendance tracking, logistics, and event communications.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders when required.

Employee Experience Support

• Assist with onboarding initiatives and welcome boxes for new employees.
• Support recognition activities for special employee moments (birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, parental leave, retirements, etc.).
• Help organize corporate gifts and employee appreciation initiatives.

HR & Administrative Support

• Support HR projects and employee communication activities.
• Assist with document preparation, translations, and presentation materials.
• Support CV screening and recruitment administration when required.
• Maintain accurate records related to engagement and communication activities.

Candidate Profile

Education

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in:
• Marketing
• Communication
• Human Resources
• Business Administration
• Events Management
• Public Relations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an interest in employee engagement and employer branding.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, positive, and solution-oriented attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with Canva or similar content creation tools.
• Experience with social media or digital content creation is a plus.

Languages

• Italian (native or fluent).
• English (B2 level or above).
