Job summary

Alstom in Bologna offers an HR stagiaire internship (3+3 months) within the Talent Management team and HR Business Partner. You will support talent development initiatives and recruiting activities for Staff Functions, while monitoring KPIs and aiding country-level recruitment plans.

You will be based in Bologna with occasional Smartworking days, contributing to employer branding and university relations to strengthen strategic recruitment efforts in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Interest in organizational development topics and HR partnering.
• Ability to handle confidential HR information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Support talent development initiatives dedicated to specific communities.
• Support recruiting and selection activities for Staff Functions.
• Monitor KPIs for Talent Activities at Country Level.
• Assist deployment of People Management Cycle and other development processes.
• Support employer branding and university relations to back recruitment plans.
• Support the training plan organization and delivery.

Together with the Talent Management team and the HR Business Partner,as HRstagiaire (3+3 months duration), you will performthe following activities:

• Support talent development initiatives dedicated to specific Communities in terms of development actions and training (e.g. D&I initiatives, Learning tutorship)


• Support recruiting and selection activities for Staff Functions


• Monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for Talent Activities at Country Level


• Support the Italy HR community in the deployment of the People Management Cycle process and/or other development process/actions


• Support employer branding initiatives and, in particular, Universitary Relations to support strategic recrtuitment plans at Country level


• Support organization and delivery of the training plan

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Humanities, Management Engineering or related field


• Interest in organizational development topics and new dynamics of HR Business Partnering
