Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Udine, Italy is seeking an HR Generalist to support managers and employees across HR programs and compliance. You will report to the HR Manager Italy & Israel and drive people initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

Requirements include a minimum of 3 years’ HR experience and a Bachelor’s in HR/Business, with fluent English and Italian. The role offers local benefits and the chance to influence HR programs across a global matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ human resources experience, including direct, hands-on employment issues.
• Bachelor’s Degree within Human Resources, Business, or related.
• Very good command of English and Italian (written & spoken).
• Experience at a global matrix organization or software company.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary operational support for managers and employees in HR tasks.
• Partner with HRBPs, COEs and HR Services to implement programs and drive improvements.
• Support local HR programs, including payroll methods locally and SAP implementation.
• Oversee onboarding for contractors and relationships with external agencies.
