Job summary

Rockwell Automation, Udine, Italy, is seeking an HR Generalist to handle a broad range of people operations, including performance management, coaching, employee development, and compliance. You will report to the HR Manager Italy & Israel, collaborate with HRBPs and COEs, support payroll deployments and SAP implementations, onboarding for contractors, and ensure local policies meet Italian law.

A base salary ranges with a 5% annual bonus is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' human resources experience, including direct, hands-on experience managing employment issues.
• Bachelor's Degree within Human Resources, Business, or related.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HRBPs and COEs to implement performance management, coaching, and employee development.
• Provide daily operational HR support to managers and staff.
• Support payroll methods locally, SAP implementation, and CoE programs.
• Assist with IT works council processes where required.
• Deliver HR training activities provided by COEs or HR Services to managers and employees.
