Diasorin in Italy is seeking a Corporate IT Business Applications Manager - HR to design, implement, and operate the HR applications portfolio. You will lead a team of application and development specialists and align projects with IT strategy and HR goals.

Hybrid work, senior HRIS expertise, and strong vendor management are essential as you drive profitability, competitiveness, and innovation while ensuring security and compliance across the HR tech stack.

Formación

• 5–10 years of HR business applications experience required.
• Experience in managing HR systems and leading complex HR projects.
• 3+ years of SuccessFactors working knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the HR applications strategy and execution for the enterprise.
• Oversee HRIS lifecycle management including support and roadmap.
• Ensure HR application designs align with enterprise standards.
• Guide HRMS vendor relationships and stay updated on new technologies.
