Job summary

Our end client in the Lombardy region of Italy seeks a fluent English-speaking Global SAP HRIS Manager (SuccessFactors) to own the SAP SF suite and related HR technology landscape.

You will collaborate with HR, IT and leadership to standardize processes, drive automation, ensure compliance (GDPR) and deliver scalable HR solutions across the globe. The role requires strong project management, change leadership and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of experience in SAP HRIS and proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, ITIL framework and data governance.
• Experience leading global HRIS initiatives, project management, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Act as global owner for SAP SuccessFactors, defining vision, roadmap and release strategy.
• Oversee HRIS operations, incident/change/service management and continuous improvement.
• Lead global HRIS projects, timelines, budgets and stakeholder communications.
• Manage vendor relationships, contract activity, risk, dependencies and escalations.
• Define and execute global HR data/analytics roadmap and HR digital strategy.
