Jobgether in Italy, remote-first, is seeking an HR Business Partner or HR Director for a core business unit. You will work with international teams to align people strategies with business goals, oversee the employee lifecycle, workforce planning, engagement, retention, and HR processes.

This role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on operational execution in a dynamic, international technology environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years in an HRBP or HR Director role in an international digital/IT/product company.
• Proven ability to manage core employee lifecycle processes (hiring, onboarding, development, succession, termination, performance).
• Experience with payroll budgets, turnover, workforce efficiency, engagement, and retention with measurable impact.
• Operational knowledge of compensation, benefits, HR analytics, and data-driven decision making.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate HR initiatives into measurable outcomes.
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to workforce performance.
• Strong project management and ability to coordinate multiple initiatives to deadlines.
• Resilience under pressure and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization in a dynamic international environment.
• Development-oriented mindset with motivation for achievement and continuous improvement.
• Fluency in both Russian and English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Align employee performance and capabilities with the unit's objectives and financial targets.
• Manage workforce planning and headcount, ensuring hires pass probation and meet performance expectations.
• Develop initiatives to improve engagement, retention, and long-term commitment.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, succession planning, performance management, and offboarding.
• Implement and maintain HR policies, processes, and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor HR metrics like payroll budgets, turnover, and engagement; identify improvement opportunities.
• Apply compensation and benefits expertise and analytics to support resource decisions.
• Measure satisfaction with HR services and drive improvements to HR effectiveness.
• Partner with leaders to address people-related challenges and business goals.
• Manage multiple HR initiatives with focus on outcomes, priorities, and deadlines.
