Job summary

Versuni in Milan offers a 12-month HR internship in Southern Europe, focusing on recruitment, onboarding and people projects. You will join a small, dynamic HR team, learn through a 6+6 month learning journey with a tutor and hands-on responsibilities from day one.

You will be based in the Milan office, support regional HR topics across Italy and Southern Europe, and engage in projects that drive employee engagement and pay transparency.

Qualifications

• A recent Bachelor's or Master's degree (or graduating soon) in Human Resources, Law, Business or Labour studies.
• Eligibility for an extracurricular internship under Regione Lombardia rules (e.g. recent graduate, no previous internship with Versuni).
• Fluent Italian (C1) and English (C1), written and spoken.
• Strong organization, attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• A proactive, curious and team-oriented attitude, with clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities
• Contributing to HR projects such as pay transparency, pay equity certification, training planning and engagement initiatives
• Helping organize internal events, and employee communications for the Milan office
