Cora Hospitality is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to own early post-join onboarding for hotels in Italy. You will set up properties, train staff, and ensure Cora is used effectively by housekeeping, maintenance, and front office teams.

You’ll stay engaged to drive adoption and prevent disengagement. Fluent Italian and English are required, with Spanish a plus; you’ll train on-site and remotely, and act as primary contact for dozens of properties.

Competenze

• Direct hospitality experience, minimum 1 year at reception, front office, or guest relations.
• Fluent Italian and English; Spanish is a strong plus.
• Comfortable teaching and explaining new concepts to teams.
• Organized and reliable — you'll be the single point of contact for multiple properties.
• Curious about technology; no formal SaaS experience required.
• Proactive personality with ability to work toward defined goals.

Mansioni

• Own the onboarding of new properties end to end: setup, configuration, staff training, first weeks of usage.
• Run training sessions on site and remotely, in Italian, English, and Spanish.
• Monitor adoption across accounts and step in before a customer goes quiet.
• Be the go-to contact for properties — the person they actually want to call.
• Collect and structure customer feedback, and bring it to the product team.
• Spot upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Help build the onboarding playbook: shape how we do this, not just execute it.
