Octorate, a leading Travel SaaS company, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist fluent in French. Located in Rome, you will guide clients through digital transformation, ensuring they maximize value from our platform.

Your responsibilities include managing onboarding, assisting clients, and maintaining help center documentation. Professional proficiency in Italian and English is essential, along with 1–3 years of experience in the hospitality sector.

Competenze

• Fluent in French, C1 minimum required.
• 1–3 years of experience in the Hospitality sector.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup.

Mansioni

• Manage the onboarding process for new clients.
• Provide expert assistance via chat, email, and phone.
• Act as a consultant to maximize direct bookings.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with the Product team.
• Maintain help center documentation in French.
• Support training sessions and business reviews.
