Delaware Nation Investments/Emerging Technologies supports the Air Force Research Laboratory by delivering desktop and IT services, including service desk, imaging, and network support. The Desktop Support Specialist will deploy Windows systems, join domains, back up and restore user profiles, configure applications, and troubleshoot client devices, printers, and file shares.

A secret clearance or ability to obtain one is required, along with CompTIA Security+ certification.

Qualifikationen

• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Experience providing desktop and user support in Windows environments.

Aufgaben

• Client System Deployment and imaging (WDS/PXE).
• Joining client systems to a Windows domain.
• Client System Delivery and backup/restore of user profiles.
• Configuration of user-facing applications and troubleshooting of client systems.
• Printer/File Share connections and general user-facing application support.
