SMX is hiring a Field Service Technician to support the U.S. Army Counterintelligence Command's IT infrastructure with hardware maintenance, network administration, and Tier II service desk support. This is a full-time onsite role requiring active clearance and U.S.

citizenship. Responsibilities include diagnosing hardware, installing and relocating equipment, managing warranties, and ensuring compliance with DoD/Army standards.

Competenze

• Top Secret/SCI clearance required; CI Poly preferred.
• Two years of college in computer field and four years related IT experience or an equivalent combination.
• DoD 8140 requirements: Security+ CE.
• Must possess a valid U.S. Passport and a valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform overhead work.

Mansioni

• Perform hardware maintenance and operate automated diagnostics systems.
• Perform remedial and preventative maintenance per OEM specs and Cybersecurity STIGs.
• Track and execute warranties for asset maintenance.
• Install and relocate equipment; sanitize for turn-in where required.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and manage cabling installations per DoD/Army requirements.
• Provide hardware installations and basic network administration; manage IP assets.
