Work Life Group is assembling a team of L1/L2 IT Support Technicians for end-user device deployment across multiple NATO sites in Europe. The role focuses on on-site end-user support during laptop handovers, assisting with login and basic Windows issues, and requires active NATO Secret clearance and English proficiency.

Assignments are at various NATO locations with travel between sites possible. Contractor/freelance opportunities are available, with travel and accommodation handled separately

Competenze

• Active NATO Secret security clearance is mandatory.
• L1/L2 IT support or equivalent experience for end-user deskside support.
• Onsite end-user support across NATO environments.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows login and basic user/device issues.
• Professional working English is required.

Mansioni

• Provide on-site end-user IT support during laptop handovers and deployments.
