VALD in Lecce, IT, is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth in allied health markets. The role requires clinical or allied health experience, strong communication, and travel to meet clients and attend industry events.

You will demonstrate VALD systems, manage product trials, nurture distributor relationships, and build a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and Office 365. This is a full-time on-site position based in Lecce with opportunities to travel.

Competenze

• Clinical or allied health background (e.g., physiotherapist) advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across multiple channels.
• Comfort with targeting new clients and expanding the client base.
• Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings and industry events.
• Self-starter with accountability for meeting sales targets.
• Experience nurturing distributor relationships.
• Experience using CRMs and Microsoft Office 365.
