Job summary

Jobgether SRL is partnering to fill an Operations Manager - eCommerce & DTC role based in Italy. The position is fully remote and focuses on scaling a growing DTC eCommerce business by bringing structure, efficiency, and accountability across operations, including supply chain, inventory, fulfillment, customer service, and team management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Operations/General Management in a growing business
• Direct experience operating a physical-product DTC/eCommerce brand across multiple functions
• Experience documenting and implementing SOPs, workflows, and scalable processes
• Experience hiring, onboarding, managing, and developing teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with founders and suppliers

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across the business, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements
• Design and implement SOPs, workflows, and scalable systems (e.g., Notion)
• Coordinate supply chain activities including purchasing, inventory planning, supplier management, and logistics
• Manage inventory levels, 3PLs, warehousing, shipping, and order fulfillment
• Coordinate customer service operations and align with operational teams
• Lead cross-functional projects from planning to execution
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for leadership visibility
• Build relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners
• Collaborate with founders to translate strategy into actionable plans
• Drive continuous improvements to support growth and scalability
