Job summary

HEAD Group is seeking an Ecommerce Senior Manager in Milan to lead the global e-commerce strategy for a designated business unit, during a pivotal digital transformation. You will shape processes, drive performance, and manage the P&L while ensuring a superior digital consumer experience.

Working closely with Merchandising, Marketing, Operations and Logistics, you will optimize the full funnel and establish new ways of working that propel growth and profitability for the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in E-commerce/DTC, with Sports and/or Apparel.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Proven experience in managing P&L performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global DTC e-commerce roadmap to drive growth and profitability.
• Manage the day-to-day performance of the e-commerce P&L, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Group Merchandising to optimize digital performance.
• Direct and coordinate with technical, operations, and logistics counterparts.
• Partner with Digital Marketing to align traffic acquisition with on-site conversion and retention.
• Bring data-informed insights to educate and influence stakeholders.
