Jobgether SRL, partnered with a technology company in Italy, seeks a FinOps Lead to align cloud infrastructure costs with product economics and business growth. You will partner with Technology, Product, Data, and HR to optimize spend, improve profitability, and enable scalable investment decisions.

The role emphasizes financial modeling, cost governance, and forecasting in a fast-growing tech environment. English fluency is required; remote work is available with on-site collaboration as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on FinOps principles and practices across cloud costs and unit economics.
• Experience with cost allocation, tagging, and dashboards to drive cost visibility.
• Strong SQL and/or cloud cost-management tools for data-driven decisions.
• Ability to translate technical usage into financial insights for stakeholders.
• Excellent collaboration skills with Finance, Engineering, Product, and HR.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cloud cost allocation strategies across teams, products and features.
• Identify optimization opportunities through rightsizing, commitment management, and waste reduction.
• Connect infrastructure spend to revenue, margins, and unit economics with data/Finance teams.
• Own rolling forecasts for cloud infrastructure costs accounting for growth and usage trends.
• Model financial impact of new products/features during development.
