Pillar Srl in Milan is seeking a hands-on CRM & Marketing Automation lead with deep HubSpot expertise to own the platform and architecture end-to-end.

You'll design and govern data, build integrations with ad platforms, data warehouse, billing and support tools, and create scalable lifecycle marketing automation. This is a founding, IC role with scope to build a team as we grow, across multi-product and multi-market contexts.

Qualificações

• Deep HubSpot expertise and hands-on ownership.
• Experience managing APIs and data models in a CRM context.
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS CRM implementations.
• Ability to architect multi-country, multi-product CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Own HubSpot architecture and data hygiene across modules.
• Build and maintain integrations with ad platforms, data warehouse, billing and support tools.
• Design lifecycle marketing automation and lead scoring.
• Define data governance, naming conventions and lifecycle definitions.
• Collaborate with Sales/RevOps to align CRM with business needs.
• Plan for multi-product and multi-country expansion.
