Job summary

Pillar is an Italian startup redefining how construction projects are managed, from site oversight to profitability in real time. You will own Google Ads campaigns, drive conversion-focused growth, and collaborate with Sales, Brand, and SDRs to build a scalable regional playbook.

You’ll lead structured experiments, structure accounts for multiple markets, and work closely with cross-functional teams to reduce cost per qualified lead while increasing pipeline velocity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on Google Ads management in B2B or startup environments.
• Experience with lead generation and sales alignment.
• Experience with offline conversions or enhanced conversions with a CRM like HubSpot.
• Strong knowledge of GA4 and GTM; proficient with data and performance metrics.
• Native Italian and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Own Google Ads end-to-end: Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen and YouTube campaigns; manage budgets and bidding strategies.
• Turn conversion data into growth by connecting form submissions to qualified leads and meetings.
• Build effective acquisition funnels with landing pages and conversion tracking.
• Collaborate with Sales and SDRs to ensure high-quality leads and pipeline.
• Scale campaigns across markets and optimize cost per qualified lead.
