Job summary

Pillar is an Italian startup seeking a Google Ads expert to own end-to-end campaigns across Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads. You will drive qualified pipeline, optimize bidding, and connect ads to CRM-driven outcomes in a fast-growing Growth function in Milan.

You will collaborate with Sales, Brand, SDRs, and a frontend/landing-page team to ensure relevant, actionable leads. Native Italian and fluent English are required for cross-market work.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience managing Google Ads.
• Experience in lead generation with a sales team.
• Practical experience with offline conversions and CRM integrations (HubSpot).
• Strong knowledge of GA4 and GTM; comfortable with performance data.

Responsibilities

• Own Google Ads end-to-end: Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads.
• Link campaign performance to post-lead activities and offline conversions.
• Identify opportunities around regulatory changes, price lists, and events.
• Build and optimize funnels with landing pages, forms, and tracking.
• Improve post-click experiences and mobile conversion with frontend collaboration.
• Scale campaigns across markets and build repeatable acquisition playbooks.
