Pillar in Milan is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist focused on Google Ads to own the full funnel from search to qualified leads. You will work with cross-functional teams including Brand, SDRs, and data analysts to scale campaigns across markets.

You will optimize bidding, conversions, and landing pages, build repeatable playbooks for Italy and future markets, and drive cost-efficient pipeline while measuring impact.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of hands-on Google Ads management with data-driven budgeting.
• Experience in lead generation with a sales team in B2B or B2C environments.
• Practical experience with offline conversions or enhanced conversions integrated with a CRM.
• Strong knowledge of GA4 and GTM, comfortable with data and performance metrics.
• Native Italian and fluent English are required.

Responsabilidades

• Own Google Ads end-to-end: manage Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads.
• Link campaign performance to post-submission outcomes and optimize conversions.
• Identify opportunities around industry events and regulatory changes to capture demand.
• Build funnels with coordinated triggers, landing pages, and tracking.
• Collaborate with frontend to improve landing pages and mobile conversions.
• Scale campaigns across markets and build a repeatable acquisition playbook.
• Monitor cost per qualified lead and pipeline contribution weekly.
