Atlante Italy seeks an experienced Marketing leader to own country execution of B2C, digital, CRM and lifecycle marketing in alignment with HQ. You will drive customer acquisition, retention and CLV through integrated campaigns and oversee app performance, campaigns, and partnerships in a matrix setup.

The role requires 7–10 years in marketing with a strong commercial focus, a Master’s in Marketing, and fluency in Italian and English. Hybrid Milan-based employment with competitive remuneration.

Formación

• Master's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 7–10 years of marketing experience with country-level responsibility.
• Proven track record in B2C marketing with direct revenue impact.
• Strong digital marketing and CRM lifecycle expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Own the country execution of B2C, digital, CRM and lifecycle marketing in coordination with HQ Marketing.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention and CLV through integrated campaigns.
• Lead local digital marketing campaigns (paid social, SEM, display, app marketing).
• Oversee CRM lifecycle programs across email, push, in-app and SMS.
• Drive Atlante app performance and in-app engagement.
• Coordinate country briefs and assets with HQ Marketing, Communication and Graphic teams.
• Monitor KPIs (CAC, LTV, retention, engagement) and optimize ROI.
• Manage local marketing budget and ROI.
• Oversee website and social media ecosystem.
