TSH invites applications for a JIM Host to create a welcoming energy in our hybrid hospitality spaces in Italy. You greet guests, guide tours, and set the tone for memorable visits, helping them feel confident and part of the community.

You’ll walk the floor, keep spaces vibrant and clean, and assist trainers with sessions while handling check-ins and bookings so every moment runs smoothly for members and guests alike.

Competenze

• Around 1 year of experience in hospitality, gyms, leisure, or similar spaces.
• Natural ease with people and enjoy starting conversations.
• Hands-on mindset and stay positive when things get busy.
• Comfortable using booking systems and digital tools.
• Good eye for detail and notice what others might miss.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
