The Social Hub is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead one of its bustling venues—restaurant, bar or café—driving service excellence from floor to back office. You’ll energize the team, shape culture and deliver memorable guest moments while partnering with F&B leadership to keep concepts fresh.

You will manage daily operations, coach supervisors, and balance exceptional service with strong commercial results, with a focus on a safe, clean, and collaborative workplace across Europe.

Competenze

• Experience managing a restaurant, bar, café, or similar venue.
• At least one year of leadership experience within F&B.
• Balance great service with strong commercial results.
• Experience with budgets, staffing, and cost control.

• You have experience managing a restaurant, bar, café, or similar venue
• You bring at least one year of leadership experience within F&B
• You enjoy building teams and helping people grow
• You understand the balance between great service and strong commercial results
• You're comfortable working with budgets, staffing, and cost control
• You communicate clearly and lead with energy and empathy
• You're fluent in English and Italian, with additional languages as a plus
