The Social Hub invites a Membership Programme Coordinator to bring our community calendar to life and connect members with impactful events and partnerships. You’ll work closely with the Membership Programme Manager to execute programs, manage timelines, and coordinate stakeholders on the ground.

You’ll own the Dear Neighbour programme and curate partner relationships, ensuring events are well-produced and engaging for our multi-national community. English fluency is essential; Dutch is a bonus.

• 1–3 years of experience in events, community, hospitality, or a similar hands-on role.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Proactive, flexible and able to work evenings or weekends when events demand it.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It

You're the one who keeps the programme running - and makes it feel effortless. As our Membership Programme Coordinator, you work closely with the Membership Programme Manager to bring our community calendar to life. From the daily rituals, headline & Next Gen events to local partnerships and the Dear Neighbor programme, you're the person who makes things happen on the ground.

You have a strong sense for what’s on trend and know how to translate that into programmes and experiences that connect people, are relevant, and feel unmistakably TSH. You take ownership for the execution and production of the programs — managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, aligning partners and suppliers, and making sure every detail comes together seamlessly in your hub. You’re hands‑on throughout the process and know how to turn creative ideas into well‑produced experiences that run smoothly and leave an impact. You're organised, hands‑on, and genuinely excited by the details that make the difference between a good event and one people are still talking about next week. You coordinate all event programmes for our members from A to Z and love to produce experiences that matter.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and produce all event and partnership programs for our members - from briefing to build-up to breakdown.


• Stakeholder management and coordinate with internal teams (F&B, operations, marketing) to make sure every event element runs smoothly.


• Own and run the Dear Neighbour programme - building connections between members and the wider neighbourhood around the hub.


• Maintain local partnerships with brands and organizations that add value to our community.


• Manage the programme calendar for our NextGen community, translating formats and adding your spices.


• Keep an eye on what’s working and what isn’t - collect member feedback during events and share insights with the team.


• Actively promote upcoming events to members with a personal touch - you know who’d love what.


• Manage the events section on our digital community platform; upload content, promote all events, manage our ticketing system, and analyze event data.

What You’ll Have

• 1-3 years of experience in events, community, hospitality, or a similar hands‑on role.


• You’re plugged into the city - you follow what’s happening, absorb what’s new, and naturally translate that into ideas for the programme.


• A creative mind and strong visual sense - you care about how things look, feel, and land with an audience.


• You’re a producer, willing to get your hands dirty and get excited for an event production.


• Strong communication skills and the confidence to reach out to partners and collaborators.


• You’re proactive - you spot what needs to happen and you do it, without waiting to be asked.


• Comfortable working evenings or weekends when events call for it.


• Fluent in English. Dutch is a pre. Other languages are a welcome bonus.
