The Social Hub Belfiore is seeking a Member Host to create a warm, inclusive vibe and connect members through shared interests. You’ll host events, give tours, and manage daily hub operations in a vibrant, multinational setting in Florence.

Fluency in Italian and English is essential, with extra languages a plus; a hands-on, calm attitude during peak times and strong organizational skills are highly valued.

Step into The Social Hub Belfiore, a buzzing hotspot in Florence packed with 539 rooms, commercial spaces, and a massive rooftop pool. As our Member Host, you are the face of our community space and the primary connector for everyone who walks through the door. You will turn simple daily interactions into lasting relationships, keeping the space lively and operations smooth. What You’ll Have

• You bring a solid background in hospitality, ideally in hotels or customer-facing spaces.
• You have a natural gift for connecting with people and solving problems quickly.
• You bring fluency in Italian and English, and extra languages are a big plus.
• You have a hands‑on, "let’s do this" mindset and stay calm during peak periods.
• You bring strong organizational skills and love juggling multiple tasks at once.
• You have the legal right to work in Italy (EU citizenship or a valid work permit).
