The Social Hub Belfiore in Florence seeks a Member Host to greet guests, foster connections, and manage daily operations in a vibrant community space. You’ll host events, give tours, and ensure a welcoming environment for members across a dynamic, multinational setting.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, strong people skills, fluency in Italian and English, and a proactive, hands-on approach to daily tasks. The role supports growth within a hybrid hospitality model in Europe.

Competenze

• Solid background in hospitality or guest-facing spaces.
• Fluency in Italian and English; other languages a plus.
• Hands-on, proactive mindset with a can-do attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Must have the legal right to work in Italy.

Step into The Social Hub Belfiore, a buzzing hotspot in Florence packed with 539 rooms, commercial spaces, and a massive rooftop pool. As our Member Host, you are the face of our community space and the primary connector for everyone who walks through the door. You will turn simple daily interactions into lasting relationships, keeping the space lively and operations smooth. What You’ll Do

• Keep membership spaces clean, organized, and ready for every shift.
• Share house guidelines clearly and answer member requests with confidence and warmth.

What You’ll Have

• You bring a solid background in hospitality, ideally in hotels or customer-facing spaces.
• You have a natural gift for connecting with people and solving problems quickly.
• You bring fluency in Italian and English, and extra languages are a big plus.
• You have a hands‑on, "let’s do this" mindset and stay calm during peak periods.
• You bring strong organizational skills and love juggling multiple tasks at once.
• You have the legal right to work in Italy (EU citizenship or a valid work permit).
