The Mira Alagna Mountain Resort & Spa in Alagna Valsesia is seeking a General Manager for mid-October 2026. You will oversee hotel operations, coordinate departments, and ensure service quality in line with the group's standards.

Responsibilities include developing sales and marketing strategies to boost occupancy, supervising cost control, and recruiting staff with a focus on training and guest satisfaction.

Competenze

• At least 5 years’ proven experience in hotel management roles, preferably in 4- or 5-star establishments.
• Knowledge of revenue management and sales strategies.
• Fluency in Italian and excellent knowledge of English; a second foreign language is an advantage.
• Familiarity with main hotel management software (Protel PMS, Opera PMS).

Mansioni

• To ensure the proper management of the hotel, coordinating the various departments to guarantee high-quality service and full customer satisfaction.
• To develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase the hotel’s visibility, occupancy rates and financial performance.
• Ensure the correct application of the service and quality standards defined by the Group and ensure that all staff comply with health and safety regulations.
• Manage guest feedback, ensuring issues are resolved and fostering long-term relationships with guests.
• In coordination with Administrative Management, monitor costs and revenue in line with the budget and implement corrective measures.
• Recruit and select staff in coordination with HR, manage hiring/terminations, and arrange suitable accommodation for staff.
