Meliá Hotels International in Milan is offering an internship in the Customer Experience area. You will learn to personalise guest stays, anticipate needs, and manage guests' digital experience in line with the global strategy.

The role requires a university degree in Tourism or Hospitality, fluency in Italian and English, and strong communication and planning skills. An additional language is a plus and an expense allowance will be provided.

Qualifications

• University degree, preferably Tourism or Hospitality, Marketing or similar.
• Fluent in Italian and English; a third language is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and strong service orientation.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.

Responsabilités

• Comply with department standards, manuals and broader compliance.
• Ensure the customer experience, personalising stays and anticipating guests' needs.
• Manage guests' digital experience per global strategy.
• Handle customer incidents per established protocols.
• Observe Sensory Architecture in hotel areas (lighting, decor, aroma, music).
• Verify material orders per product guidelines for cost efficiency.
