The Social Hub in Bologna is seeking a Front Office Intern to warmly welcome guests, manage self-check-in, and support F&B service. You’ll share local tips, help with guest requests, and enjoy access to all TSH facilities while learning in a dynamic, international environment.

You must be enrolled in an EU institution, studying Hospitality or Front Office, and be ready to take on responsibility with a hands-on, positive attitude. Monthly stipend applies.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in an EU school or university.
• Studying Hospitality, Tourism, Front Office Management or similar at an MBO level.
• Able to work independently and take on responsibility.
• Flexible, hands-on and positive attitude.
• Must be studying within Italy.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly on entry and assist at self-check-in kiosks.
• Prepare and serve local dishes to stretch F&D skills.
• Brew coffee and mix cocktails as needed.
• Be a city concierge, sharing tips on places to visit, eat, shop or party.
• Keep all areas clean and ready for the next shift.
• Assist guests with facility requests and learn new tech skills.
