TSH operates a hybrid hospitality concept across Europe and is seeking a Front Office Host in Bologna to welcome guests, manage check-ins, and guide arrivals with warmth.

You’ll coordinate with housekeeping and F&B to keep the lobby buzzing, offer local tips, upsell activities, and maintain a welcoming, energetic lobby with strong English and Italian communication.

The role supports a dynamic, multinational team with growth opportunities and employee discounts across our properties in Europe.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of hospitality or guest-facing experience.
• Energetic, welcoming vibe and good communication.
• Fluent in English and Italian; strong teamwork.

Mansioni

• Welcome guests with warmth and set a great atmosphere from the start.
• Assist with check-ins, payments and kiosk navigation.
• Keep the lobby tidy, inviting and buzzing with the right energy.
• Offer local recommendations and connect guests to events, restaurants and experiences.
• Handle bookings for activities, restaurants and more.
• Share guest insights with the team to improve stays.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Promote outlets and identify upsell opportunities.
