Job summary

The Social Hub (B Corp™) invites you to join as an F&B Intern, delivering guest-focused service across front-of-house areas in a dynamic, hybrid hospitality setting. You’ll welcome guests, assist in restaurant and bar service, and share knowledge about our products to drive cross-sell opportunities.

You’ll be part of a vibrant, international team, studying at an EU institution, fluent in Italian and English, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Intern compensation is provided monthly.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an EU university or school.
• Studying a relevant bachelor’s in Hospitality, Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business.
• Italian and English fluent.
• Willing to work independently and handle peak periods.
• Flexible, hands-on and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure a memorable TSH experience.
• Provide service in restaurant and bars, cross-sell products.
• Assist with guest inquiries, local recommendations and concierge duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of all areas for shifts.
• Support facilities requests and learn new skills on the job.
