TSH in Bologna invites you to join as a Community Host Intern, delivering welcome, service in our restaurant and bars, and city guidance. You’ll be at the forefront of guest-facing operations, learning products and cross-selling to create memorable experiences for every guest.

You’ll work across front-of-house areas, assisting guests, supporting self-check-in, and expanding your F&B skills, including coffee and cocktails. You must study in Italy and be enrolled in an EU program.

Competenze

• You are currently enrolled in an EU school or university.
• Studying Hospitality, Tourism, Front Office Management or similar at an MBO level.
• Able to work independently and take responsibility.
• Flexible, hands-on, positive attitude.
• Must be studying in Italy.

Mansioni

• Provide a warm welcome and check-in for guests.
• Assist guests at self-check-in kiosks (no reception desk).
• Prepare and serve a variety of local dishes, stretching F&B skills.
• Brew coffee and mix signature cocktails when needed.
• Act as a city concierge, answering guest questions about local spots.
• Keep areas tidy and prepared for the next shift.
• Assist guests with requests regarding facilities and services.
