Zusammenfassung

The Social Hub is looking for an F&B Intern to support guest-facing operations and front-of-house activities. You’ll help ensure guests receive a warm welcome, assist in service across our restaurant and bars, and learn about our products to cross-sell to guests.

As an EU student, you’ll gain hands-on experience in hospitality, coffee and cocktail preparation, and guest concierge tasks, all while contributing to a dynamic, international team and benefiting from our facilities and perks.

Qualifikationen

• EU student enrolled in a university or school.
• Studying a relevant bachelor’s in Hospitality, Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business.
• Able to work independently with a proactive attitude.
• Willing to learn and take on responsibility.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in.
• Assist in restaurant and bar service and support cross-selling of products.
• Prepare and serve local dishes and beverages, including coffee and cocktails.
• Answer guests' questions about local sights and activities.
• Keep areas clean and ready for the next shift.

Kenntnisse

Fluent in Italian

Fluent in English

Hospitality knowledge

Bachelor’s in Hospitality/Business or related field
