Job summary

The Social Hub in Belfiore, Italy, is seeking an F&B Intern through Hosco. You’ll work across front-of-house areas, greeting guests, serving in our restaurant and bars, and helping guests enjoy a memorable stay.

As an EU student, you’ll learn all aspects of hospitality, from guest welcome to cross-selling products, with on-the-job coaching and monthly internship compensation. Fluent Italian and English are required, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an EU school or university.
• Pursuing a relevant bachelor’s in Hospitality, Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business.
• Able to work independently with a flexible, hands-on approach.
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages welcome.
• You must be studying within the EU.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive a warm welcome at entry and during check-in.
• Assist with front-of-house service including restaurant and bar duties.
• Prepare coffee and mix cocktails as part of F&B service.
• Act as a city concierge to guests, sharing local recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of all areas for shifts.
• Support guests with requests and learn new tech skills.
