Job summary

DoiT is seeking a GTM Systems Engineer to own the integrated stack (CRM, CPQ, marketing automation) and drive automation across Salesforce, DealHub CPQ, HubSpot and related tools. You’ll work with business users and engineers to translate requests into scalable solutions, leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery.

You will design changes with data integrity in mind, minimize manual work, and ensure reliable integrations while supporting EMEA business hours.

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on with Salesforce Sales Cloud, including advanced Flow, data and security.
Experience with HubSpot and/or DealHub CPQ.
Track record of replacing manual processes with automation or self-service.

Responsibilities

Own the GTM systems as one connected whole: CRM, CPQ, marketing automation and sales-engagement tools share data.
Turn requests into problems: ask what the business is trying to solve and propose options with trade-offs.
Remove recurring manual work: replace it with automation or self-service tools that business users run themselves.
Build automations and integrations with simple, maintainable approaches.
Keep the data model lean and trustworthy: retire unused fields and enforce data quality at entry.
Keep integrations reliable: use native connectors and ensure sandbox/production parity.
