Job summary

Smartness, a fast-growing travel-tech company, is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to keep our GTM machine running smoothly. You will work at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Leadership to align teams, ensure information flows, and support the operational backbone of a rapidly expanding business.

You will own and refine GTM processes, drive cross-functional alignment, maintain CRM data quality, and transform ambiguous ideas into scalable workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with multiple stakeholders.
• CRM/data proficiency and ability to maintain data quality.
• Process-oriented problem solver who identifies inefficiencies.
• Strategic thinker who can implement hands-on solutions.
• Experience in Operations, Enablement or Sales/Revenue Operations in SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize GTM workflows to improve speed and alignment across Sales and Customer Success.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure consistent communication across teams.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and adoption of processes within the GTM tech stack.
• Transform ambiguous ideas into repeatable, scalable processes with clear ownership.
• Drive operational excellence by reducing friction and enabling value creation for customers.
