Job summary

Epassi is seeking an Enterprise Systems Specialist to own live systems across multiple European markets. This permanent, remote-first role emphasizes stability, governance and continuous improvement of NetSuite, integration layers and CRM platforms.

You will collaborate with Finance and cross-market teams, drive SuiteScript/SuiteFlow developments, and help lay the groundwork for AI-powered automation in a fast-growing, Europe-wide business.

Qualifications

• Experience owning live NetSuite systems and delivering measurable improvements.
• Hands-on SuiteScript development and production troubleshooting.
• Proven integration experience with iPaaS platforms.
• Strong English communication for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own NetSuite technically across multiple markets and monitor estate daily.
• Develop and maintain SuiteScript and SuiteFlow solutions.
• Manage user accounts, period management, and governance changes.
• Diagnose failing Workato recipes and read execution logs.
• Collaborate with Finance teams to translate pain points into improvements.
• Keep runbooks and process documentation up to date.
• Expand into CRM integration and broader enterprise systems over time.
