PTV Logistics is seeking a RevOps Systems Lead to design and scale the GTM technology stack across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Finance. You will own the architecture, data infrastructure, and automated workflows from lead to revenue.

You will partner with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, implement governance, build dashboards, and deliver insights that guide strategic decisions and revenue growth.

Competenze

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Systems, or GTM Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience with CRM platforms and subscription management systems, including administration, automation, data modelling, and process design.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue lifecycle from lead management to renewal and expansion.

• Lead our systems team to evolve the GTM technology stack for scalability, reliability, and business alignment.
• Design and maintain scalable data models, workflows, lifecycle stages, routing rules, and approvals.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to optimize automated lead-to-revenue workflows.
• Establish governance frameworks ensuring data quality, consistency and compliance.
• Build dashboards and reports showing customer insights, subscriptions, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
• Drive system enhancements from requirements through deployment and user adoption.
